Family vacation was so much fun. Any time you get the Sutton's together you have interesting things happen....this time was no different. We went to a camp ground in NC called Fontana Village. We had two birthday parties. One for me and one for Angela. Both parties were surprises. We went tubing, biking, fishing, and more. There were some eerie noises at night and strange people stealing power from the mens restroom. We all had a few good laughs. Worship at night was amazing. It is so nice to have real church.
One night we went out to eat. After many miscommunication we finally left the camp ground at 8:00pm to go find a place to eat dinner. 5 cars in a row. Everyone was following us (we had a GPS). After five minutes of driving we realized that the GPS was not working right and the resterant it was taking us to was about an hour away. So I got on the phone to try to find us a restaurant, when that didn't work we stopped and asked. The locals had no idea what would be open but they pointed us down a road. We found a family restaurant.... it was a Chinese American Steak House Seafood Pizza Restauant. They were very happy to see our crowed of 20People. They even had very cute child labor refilling drinks.
I did my first official mountain bike trail at Tsali. I did not biff (yeah). It was a awesome trail. We had so much fun. Mom, Angela, Noelle, Natalie, David, and I all did the eight mile trail. The rest of the crew were watching kids. Ben had gotten stung by six bees right before we left on the trail:(. Every one who watched the kids got to go ride after we got back.
Later the same day we went trout fishing to catch our dinner. I was helping Ben try and catch a fish and Adler decided to step on the thin blue piece of foam that was on top of the water... you guessed it he fell in. I went running to grab him out of the water. Then Ben got stung by a flying ant. Ohhhhhhhhh what a day. At least the fish were soooooooo yummy.
Ben did not want to come home. Ben told me that "home is not any fun" and that he wanted to keep camping with Grammy and Papa.
I will have to update this post later. We have about 500 pictures.
